    • Inadvertently Captured Personal Data: While our operations are highly focused on the contracted subject matter, drone footage may unintentionally capture images or recordings of individuals (faces, license plates), or private spaces belonging to neighboring properties.

  3. Information Collected Automatically (Website Use):

    • Usage Data: Information on how you access and use our website, such as your computer's IP address, browser type, pages visited, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data.

    • Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We use cookies and similar technologies (e.g., beacons, scripts) to track website activity and hold certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent.

How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for various purposes:

  • To Provide Services: To fulfill the terms of our service contract, including planning flights, conducting drone operations, and processing and delivering the final photo/video/data products to you.

  • Communication: To respond to inquiries, send service updates, and provide customer support.

  • Marketing and Promotion: With your explicit permission, we may use completed project media (without disclosing sensitive client information) for marketing, portfolio, and promotional purposes on our website and social media.

  • Legal and Safety Compliance: To comply with FAA regulations, state/local laws regarding drone operation and privacy, and to detect, prevent, and address technical or security issues.

  • Website Improvement: To monitor website usage, analyze trends, and improve the user experience.

Data and Media Handling (Drone Operations)

  1. Client Data Ownership and Use:

    • All aerial media and data captured specifically for a client's project are the property of the client upon final delivery, subject to the terms outlined in our service contract (e.g., licensing and copyright terms).

    • We only use this client-specific data to fulfill the contracted services. We will not sell or license your specific project data to other third parties unless agreed upon with you.

  2. Privacy in Drone Operations:

    • Minimization: We take reasonable steps to minimize the collection of personal information and private spaces that are not essential to the agreed-upon project scope.

    • Deletion/Anonymization: If non-essential, identifiable personal information (e.g., a person's face, a neighbor's license plate) is inadvertently captured, we will endeavor to crop, blur, or destroy such data where technically feasible and not required for the final deliverable.

    • Consent and Notification: For projects involving private property, we obtain express written consent from the property owner/client. We may also provide reasonable notice to adjacent property owners if the flight path requires close proximity, where legally required or operationally advisable.

  3. Data Security and Storage:

    • We implement commercially acceptable measures to protect the integrity and security of the aerial data and all other information we collect. This includes secure transmission, password protection, and limited internal access.

    • Client data will be securely stored for a defined period (e.g., 60 days post-delivery) to allow for revisions or re-downloads, after which it may be permanently deleted unless a longer retention period is explicitly agreed upon with the client.

Disclosure of Your Information

We do not sell your personal data. We may share your information with the following parties:

  • Service Providers: Third-party companies and individuals who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting or data analysis, and who are bound by confidentiality agreements.

  • Clients: The final aerial media/data is shared with our client as the intended recipient of the service.

  • Business Transfer: In connection with, or during negotiations of, any merger, sale of company assets, or acquisition of all or a portion of our business.
