Safety and Regulations: All drone operations are conducted by certified pilots in accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 107 regulations and all applicable state and local laws. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any flight due to weather, airspace restrictions, or safety concerns.

Client Media/Data:

DroneICS LLC retains the copyright to all original photographic images, video footage, and data captured during a client project unless otherwise specified in the client's service agreement.

Upon successful delivery and payment, the client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images and footage for the stated, intended purpose (e.g., marketing a specific real estate listing, internal company inspection reports, etc.).

Any use of the media/data beyond the scope of the license (e.g., selling the images to a third party, using real estate photos for a different company or purpose) is strictly prohibited without prior written agreement from DroneICS LLC.
